Stop now almost every secondary school mathematics teaching in America, and you will find that Texas Instruments graphing calculator to dominate the scene. Back in the early '90s, Texas Instruments has begun a model published a series of graphing calculators, which were all very similar, with only minor updates to the hardware and operating system: the TI-81, TI-82, TI-83 and, finally, the TI-84, in 2004. All were received with great popularity, and as each successorsimilar to those that preceded it, it was easy for adults and children to take hold.

After a decade of Texas Instruments has dominated the computer market, one might ask if there is another choice out there are more. The short answer is "yes", and comes with Casio America. Casio is being promoted in two ways in recent years, the simplicity and convenience. Their products live up to the press on both sides.

In terms of cost, Casio products are clearlyless than the TI products are competing with them. Of course not comparing apples with apples, but the Casio 9860GII 9750GII and both are much less expensive than any graphing calculators. The 9750GII actually retails for under $ 50, making it by far the graphing calculator expensive lease from a top producer in the market. The graphical menu system on these devices is also extremely easy to use for beginners.

The future of Texas Instruments, however, is the TI-Nspire. ImportedIn 2007, this unit high-resolution grayscale screen, drop-down menu, point and click interface and the ability to create documents. Casio has no quarrel with this computer until now had to compete. In October, Casio announced the new calculator, the Casio Prizm. There is a computer with high-resolution color graphics with the ability to function directly on the photo. The video marketers do not hide the fact that Casio aims to TI-Nspire with this version.

The battlefor market dominance again. Texas Instruments has a control cable, but now Casio has a new innovative product. If the Prizm Casio released in the spring of 2011, expect a great fight for market share between the two companies.
